AeroCut specializes in RC model aircraft kits, carbon components, accessories, electronics, and CNC-related products.

All products are intended for experienced hobbyists and technical users.
RC model aircraft and related components are not toys and require proper knowledge, tools, and safe operating practices.

Product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided for reference only. Minor deviations in appearance or finish may occur due to manufacturing processes.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

An order placed through our webshop constitutes an offer to purchase.
The purchase contract is concluded only once we confirm the order via email or dispatch the goods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Suspected misuse or fraudulent activity
  • Limited production availability

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.

Accepted payment methods are displayed in the webshop at checkout.

5. Limited Series & Availability

Some AeroCut products are produced in limited quantities or limited series.
Availability is subject to stock and production capacity. Reproduction of discontinued products is not guaranteed.

6. Use & Responsibility

RC model aircraft and components can pose risks if used improperly.

By purchasing AeroCut products, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for correct assembly, installation, and operation
  • You comply with local laws and regulations regarding RC aircraft
  • AeroCut is not liable for damage, injury, or loss caused by improper use, modification, or operation

7. Warranty & Returns

Statutory EU consumer rights apply.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by incorrect assembly or use
  • Modifications or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
