Terms of Service
1. General
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the use of the AeroCut website and online shop and to purchases made through the webshop.
AeroCut is a brand operated by Someti d.o.o., Slovenia. Someti d.o.o. is the legal seller and contracting party for purchases made through this webshop.

By placing an order through our webshop, you agree to these Terms. These Terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable EU or national law.
2. Products
AeroCut designs, manufactures and sells RC model aircraft kits, model-building materials, components, accessories and related products.
RC aircraft kits and components are intended for model building and require appropriate knowledge, tools, assembly and safe operation.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, RC aircraft kits are supplied as kits only. Motors, ESCs, servos, receivers, batteries, radio equipment and other electronics are not included unless specifically listed in the product description.
Product photographs, illustrations, specifications and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour, appearance, material, dimensions or surface finish may occur as a result of material properties and manufacturing processes.
Such minor variations that do not affect the intended function of the product are not considered defects.
3. Orders & Contract Formation
Products displayed in the webshop constitute an invitation to place an order.
By submitting an order, the customer makes an offer to purchase the selected products.
After an order is submitted, the customer receives an electronic confirmation that the order has been received. The purchase contract is concluded when the order is accepted by us in accordance with applicable law.
We may refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including in cases involving:
- Obvious pricing or product information errors
- Product unavailability
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Payment failure
- Delivery restrictions
If payment has already been received for an order that we cannot fulfil, the relevant amount will be refunded.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices displayed to consumers are stated in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are displayed separately before the customer completes the order.
Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
For payments made by bank transfer, the order may be processed after payment has been received unless otherwise stated.
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, delivery and contact information.
5. Availability, Production & Delivery
Some AeroCut products are manufactured in small batches or limited quantities.
Products shown as available for backorder or made after ordering may require additional production time. Where applicable, estimated processing or production times are stated on the product page.
Delivery times shown on the website are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once an order has been dispatched, available tracking information will be provided where supported by the selected shipping service.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
6. RC Aircraft – Use & Responsibility
RC aircraft and related components can cause property damage or personal injury if assembled, configured or operated incorrectly.
The customer is responsible for:
- Correct assembly and installation of components
- Checking the aircraft and equipment before operation
- Using suitable motors, batteries, electronics and other components
- Operating the model safely
- Following applicable local laws and regulations concerning model aircraft
AeroCut products may be modified or combined with third-party components by the customer. AeroCut cannot be responsible for damage resulting from incorrect assembly, inappropriate components, unauthorized modifications, crashes, misuse or operation contrary to provided instructions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
7. Consumer Rights, Legal Guarantee & Returns
Consumers within the European Union benefit from statutory consumer rights.
Goods supplied must conform to the purchase contract. Consumers have the statutory legal guarantee of conformity provided by applicable EU and national consumer law.
If a product arrives damaged, is defective, or does not correspond to the order, please contact:

The legal guarantee does not cover problems resulting from circumstances attributable to the customer after delivery, such as:
- Incorrect assembly or installation
- Improper operation or misuse
- Accidents or crashes
- Customer modifications that caused the problem
- Normal wear and tear
These provisions do not restrict mandatory statutory consumer rights.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing at a distance generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason, subject to applicable exceptions under EU and national law.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of the decision to withdraw within the applicable withdrawal period.
Products should be returned without undue delay in accordance with the instructions provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
The customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning goods where permitted by law and where the customer was informed of this before purchase.
The customer may be liable for diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply where provided by law, including to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Simply being manufactured in a limited series, laser cut or CNC manufactured does not by itself remove the statutory right of withdrawal.

9. Shipping & Damaged Shipments
Orders are shipped using the delivery methods available for the customer’s destination at checkout.
Customers should inspect delivered packages and products as soon as reasonably possible.
If an order arrives visibly damaged or products have been damaged during transport, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Include the order number and photographs of the packaging and damaged product where possible. This helps us process the issue with the carrier.
This request does not limit any statutory consumer rights.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the AeroCut name, branding, product designs, plans, drawings, photographs, graphics, manuals and original website content are owned by or licensed to Someti d.o.o. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Content may not be reproduced, distributed, sold or used commercially without prior permission where such permission is required by law.
Purchasing an AeroCut kit does not transfer intellectual-property rights in the underlying design, plans or documentation.
11. Third-Party Components
Some products or kits may be designed for use with components manufactured by third parties.
References to third-party brands, products or manufacturers are provided for identification or compatibility purposes where applicable and do not imply affiliation or endorsement unless explicitly stated.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that separately purchased components are suitable for the intended application.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Someti d.o.o. is not responsible for damage resulting from improper assembly, installation, modification, maintenance or operation of RC aircraft or related components.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, nor does it restrict mandatory consumer rights.
13. Privacy
Personal data collected through the AeroCut webshop is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation.
Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers used by the webshop.

14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our webshop, products, business practices or applicable legal requirements.
The Terms applicable to an order are those in effect when the order is placed, subject to mandatory law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and purchases made through the AeroCut webshop are governed by the applicable laws of Slovenia, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply to consumers in their country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of protections granted to them by mandatory applicable law.
