AeroCut was founded from a deep interest in engineering-driven model aircraft design, where structure, material choice, and manufacturing precision matter more than visual complexity or mass production.
The brand began with the development of custom RC aircraft plans — designed, tested, and refined through hands-on prototyping and real flight experience. From the earliest concepts, the focus was clear: lightweight structures, logical construction, and repeatable accuracy.
To achieve this level of consistency, AeroCut integrated in-house CNC cutting and UV graphic printing into the development process. This allows every part to be produced exactly as designed, ensuring that each kit reflects the original engineering intent — without compromise.
